Post-Atomic Horror (apr 3, 2053 – apr 4, 2063)

Description:

The Earth is plunged into a "dark" age as all records and technology have been destroyed, only underground or EMP isolated material survives the holocaust. the only governments that survive are the Neutral Confederation and they have their hands full with refugees and marauders.

This period solidifies the idea that war was an outdated tool of the oppressor, with most remaining humans vowing to never lift themselves in anger or aggression again.

The newly formed 3rd United Nations, simply known as "United Earth" is initially based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Using the former documents of the American Republic, they form a new Declaration of Humanity, and a new Constitution.
