Description:
Labour camp workers in Vancouver went on strike, fighting for improved wages, shorter work days, and improved working conditions. They rode the rails in hopes of reaching Ottawa but were stopped in Regina. Many of the protestors demands would inspire future improvements for workers.Added to timeline:
