French and Indian War (jan 1, 1756 – jan 1, 1763)
Description:
The French and Indian War was between Britain and France and resulted in France losing, which meant they had to give up much of their colonial territory to Britain. The war was extremely costly, plunging the French further into an economic crisis. The severe debt of France was one of the factors of the French Revolution.
