The Fall of France, also known as the Battle of France, took place from May 10- June 25 1940. It was a German invasion of France , Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg during World War 2. Germany was able to defeat France and the rest of the coutries by using their war strategy Blitzkrieg.
