The Black Power Movement (jan 1, 1965 – jan 1, 1975)
Description:
The Civil Rights Movement characterised as a peaceful, non-violent movement. However, some Black americans perceived the movement as not successful enough since many Black people were still marginalized and had to face discrimination.
