John Wycliffe LIfespan (jan 1, 1330 – jan 1, 1384)
Description:
Wycliffe was an English theologian who taught at Oxford. He believed that the Church was scandalized by the corruption of popes, bishops, and other officials. He also was outspoken that authority rests upon grace. Unfortunately, Wycliffe died of Stroke in 1384, was condemned as heretic in 1412, and his bones were dug up and burned in 1428.
