Production Orientation Era (jan 1, 1800 – jan 1, 1920)
Description:
The focus of this period of time was to expand mass production. People were focused on producing and consuming products that were primarily available (quantity over quality.) All of this sparked the beginning of the Industrial Revolution where loads of employees were hired in hopes of making mass production for successful companies a top priority. In a nutshell, the focus of this time was to efficiency, encourage lower price ranges, and getting a head start on competitors.
