The Great Depression (aug 19, 1929 – aug 19, 1933)

Description:

The Great Depression was a severe worldwide economic depression that took place mostly during the 1930s, beginning in the United States. The timing of the Great Depression varied around the world; in most countries, it stated in 1929 and lasted until the late 1930s.
The Great Depression had heavily affected the United States which caused them to pull out their loans to Germany. Germany's economy tanked without the United States support. Reparations imposed on Germany following World War 1 left the country poorer and economic woes generated resentment amongst its population. The Great Depression of the 1930s and a collapse in international trade also worsened the economic situation in Europe, allowing Hitler to rise to power on the promise of revitalization.
