Golden Age (aug 18, 2003 – jun 5, 2008)
Description:
The birth of the Everglades Gator Band was known as the "Golden Age' of the band. Lasting for 5 years, this age built the foundation of the Gator Family. In the first year, the band began with few lowerclassmen and only 6 seniors in class of 2004.In first 2 years, they won 40-50 trophies for excellent performances in marching and concert seasons. In the next 3 years, they began to attract more crowds to their football halftime shows, concerts, and competitions.
Having numerous students in the band, they were recognized as one of the largest bands in 2005. Their instruments would be used for 7 years before getting new ones. (trombones, baritones, tubas, mellophones)
