Description:
Salt was a mill owner in Bradford and he took a great interest in the health problem of the city and help transform the worst city in Britain to a city with good standards of living. in 1850 he began building saltaire which was a much cleaner mill community 3 miles out of bradford. it was completed in 1870Added to timeline:
