Description:
The Metis Population Betterment Act provided Metis and Non-status Indigenous people great stretches of land, and social and health welfare.This act later impacted the Metis because it led to the installment of 12 new Metis settlements, great developments in helping their economy become stable ( i.e. wealth, harvest, health, profit, etc)
