the first highlander rebellion and the first atkin dynasty (jul 1, 730 – jul 1, 961)

Description:

in the summer of 730, the highlanders decide they've had enough to taran tyranny, and various clans (allies and enemies alike) band together to expel them
the first taran immigrants join them on their quest, and in return, they can settle the lowlands however they want
clan saras rises above the others. they're not stronger, but they do have a lot of willpower and strategic minds
they succeed in expelling the tarans, and they clan atkin (or adam) of clan atkin as their high king upon the king's stone in early winter that year
house saras supposedly founded the original settlement of sarasae, which some people believe was a highly advanced city hundreds of years before it was officially founded in 1577
this story is supposedly the origin story of house atkins, but no modern historian with respect for the subject actually believes that
rather, there probably was a man named atkin belonging to house saras, but atkin was a very popular name back then
