Description:

A tense 13 day standoff, over the nuclear armed soviet missiles begin constructed in Cuba.

-John Kennedy notified the people of the crisis on this day.

-He also told of his decision to make a naval blockade around Cuba.

-The United States was very prepared to use military force

-People all over the world feared a nuclear was was in the near future.

-Eventually an agreement was made to take the missiles out of Cuba in exchange for not ivading it.
