Description:
-Discovered that dorsal and ventral spinal roots control sensation and motor movement independently from, but at the same time as Francois Magendie
------Discovered it first, but not as accurate
------Together, known as the Bell-Magendie Law
-Falsely concluded that both roots had both sensory and motor functions and differed primarily by their connections to the cerebellum (posterior) and the cerebrum (anterior)
