Mesa Verde cliff dwelling (Indigenous Americas) (jan 1, 450 – jan 1, 1300)
Description:
- Was for Ancestral Puebloan people (Anasazi), in Montezuma County, Colorado- Created mainly from sandstone
- The main purpose of this was to server as a residence, but was also a place of ceremony. There are many things that remain unknown about this site such as the circular towers.
