California Gold Rush (jan 24, 1848 – jan 24, 1855)

Description:

The Gold Rush is a time period when people went to California to try to find gold, after it it was found at Sutter's Mill. This caused a massive population to move to Callifornia. This caused California to be admitted as the 31st state because of the massive population growth.
