Description:
- Made in Southern Cameroon
- Made by the Fang Peoples
- Made using only wood
- Figures were often made in the sitting position to rest upon reliquaries (the remains of the dead). Figures were made atrophic and dualistic in nature and were meant to scare off evil spirits.
