Description:

Mr Birchall arrived at 12:oo, at 12:30 he heard Angelo Barking at something in the window. Ms Nicoll and Mr Milton arrived & Mr Watcher left to go for a meeting. Ms Nicoll signed in and went to the staffroom, there was no-one there when she arrived, but the windows were open; she heard strange noises in the kitchen so she went to check and saw Angelo, he had drunk all his water so she gave him more.
