First Death March (jul 23, 1945 – jul 31, 1945)
Description:
Yanek gets moved, along with every prisoner there, from Auschwitz, and has to walk to his next camp. The walk is torture, and lasts 2 weeks. Jews drop by the dozens every day, and they get barely any water or food to whole time. It gets freezing, and some days Yanek doesn't even want to get up and walk.
