Description:
- With the passage of the Boycott Resolution formal Swadeshi movement started
- Led by Extremists like Tilak, Lala Latpat Rai, Bipin Chandra Pal, Aurobindo Gosh
- boycott of foreign goods like Manchester cloth and Liverpool salt, use of fairs, festivals, and melas for propaganda, corps of volunteers or 'Samitis'
