- Joined by: Motilal Nehru, JawaharlalNehru, Chittaranjan Das, Saifuddin Kichlew, MM Malviya, Mohammad Ali Jinnah, Tej Bahdur Sapru, Lala Lajpat Rai
- Jinnah led Bombay division
- SN Banerjee didn't joined the League Movement
