50 years passed of failed attempt after failed attempt. Luckily, they can recycle the energy they used, but recently got a new generation of scientists with some bright minds, and managed to succeed. Now a mind-controlled Diancie, they had successfully gotten power for every facility of the Cult of Authority. Of course, now they need to connect power to each other.
