Around 1450 she married Cristoforo Lampugnani, son of Lucrezia Visconti and Giovanni Andrea Lampugnani.Lucrezia became Galeazzo Maria's mistress sometime around 1460, when he was sixteen years of age, and she bore him at least four children.
Giovanni Andrea Lampugnani was the assassin of Galeazzo Maria Sforza in 1476 in the church of Santo Stefano
