Fifth Generation (oct 29, 2018 – may 6, 2080)

The fifth generation is still a work in progress however it would include the time span of the present and beyond (what may happen in future years). This future, although still unclear generation, may be referred to as “Artificial Intelligence”.

• Almost all devices with artificial intelligence are still in development, however some small examples of this would include features like voice recognition (an example of this would be Siri). The use of things like parallel processing and superconductors are helping to make the fifth-generation breakthrough a reality.
• The goal of artificial intelligence is to make the machine (whenever it’s a phone, ipad or computer) respond to natural language with the help of nanotechnology, quantum computation etc, something like “artificial intelligence” will become a reality and maybe in the future a normality.
