azerbaijani communists were claiming themselved to be liberators in the soviet state

soviet imperalism was justified as the because of the alleged danger of baku oilfields
was also justified as british were refusing to withdraw troops from greece and were occupying europe with more troops than permitted by the anglo egyptian treaty
