Ronald Amundsen (jun 3, 1910 – jan 30, 1912)
Description:
Ronald Amundsen started his expedition to the South Pole on the 3rd of June 1910. He raced Robert Falcon Scott to see who could be the first person to reach the South Pole. He was successful so he became the first-ever person to reach the south pole. His team Returned safely from the South Pole. He was also fly over the North Pole in an Airship in 1926. He died on 1928.
