Seven Years War (jan 1, 1756 – jan 1, 1763)

Description:

It essentially started as a result of colonial expansion. English colonists kept going into French areas and the French tried keeping their trade empire doing well. These tensions led Washington to attack a strategic French outpost, where Washington lost badly. in 1756, war was officially declared. The Native Americans sided with France, as they were at least on some mutual terms. The English eventually won. The final treaty gave the English a giant chunk of Canada and almost everything east of the Mississippi. The win by the English was bad for the Native Americans.
