Chrysippus (jan 1, 27 BC – feb 1, 20 BC)
Description:
He was born in 279 BC and died in 206 BC in Greece. WHen he was young he inherited a lot of wealth but lost it all when the king seized it. He then went to study at a Stoic school. He eventually became the head of the school he once learned at. He became known as the second founder of Stocicism because of his doctrines he spread. Stocism is the philosophy of being self controling and not being hurt by destructive emotions and to move through life mentally clear no matter what.
