Black Panthers (oct 1, 1966 – jan 1, 1982)
Description:
The Black Panthers was a socialist party started by Huey Newton and Bobby Seale. It was started in order to challenge police brutality against African Americans. They first started out by monitoring police activity in black communities, however they became more politically active and started a number of social programs.
