5 year plans (oct 26, 1928 – mar 7, 1932)
Description:
The five year plan was a plan developed and enacted by Stalin. It was meant to boost Russia's economy and overall state of the country mainly through upping the country's agriculture and buisness. This caused famines and eventually was a failure for the people of Russia. The second plan did a fairly good job. Although it worsened international relationships it focused on increasing Russia's industry.
