Description:

The Latin League was a group of Latin groups who worked together to oppose Rome.  It was  established in the the Latium area near Rome. It was which was formed for protection against enemies and Rome. Historians coined the term " Latin League" The Latins attempted raid Roman lands. As a result, the leader of Rome at  the time Ancus Marcius  declared war on the Latins since he felt threatened. Rome ended up wining the war.
