Description:

About a year after Caesar's assassination, Rome fell into a civil war. To end the fighting, the Second Triumvirate was formed between Octavian (Caesar's great-nephew and chosen heir), Mark Antony (powerful general), and Lepidus (Roman statesman). The three divided the empire among themselves. Cleopatra (Caesar's ex love) planned to seduce Antony, but he ends up marryian Octavian's sister to mend his increasingly strained relationship with Octavian. A few years later, Antony separated from Octavian and went back to marry Cleopatra. Meanwhile, the Second Triumvirate was deteriorating with tension and attacks. In 31, Octavian declared war against Antony. Antony ultimately surrendered and Octavian won. Later, Antony and Cleopatra committed suicide.
