-New iOS 14.5 dedicated campaign type for portion of buy targeting apple phones
-Traditional campaigns will no longer target iOS 14.5 at all
-iOS 14.5 campaign optimization/reporting based on SKAdNetwork data
-expect higher Cost per Action, primarily due to reporting delays from SKAN API
-Begin collecting unattributed mobile conversions from advertisers, presumably to model Tik Tok conversions
