Bell's prime example of good crisis management, though he was not on the account: President Sebastian Pinera headed straight to the emergency zone and top advisors were brought in. The rescue operation was named after the patron saint of miners, "Operation St Lorenzo", and the media received constant updates. There "no blame for the problem, only responsibility for the solution."
