Description:
Germany, Japan, and Italy, all expansionist dictatorships at the time, signed a pact agreeing to declare war on any country that fights against those three, with the pact aimed at larger countries, namely, the United States. Significant figures of this event include Hirohito and Benito Mussolini, dictators of Japan and Italy respectively.
