Description:
After the Battle of Flanders, Germany pushes 142 divisions into France, outnumbering their 62 divisions to attack redeployments and flank using their own forces; France surrendered on the 22 of June 1940. Notable figures from this event include Vichy head of government Marshal Phillipe Pétain and German Colonel-general Franz Halder, who orchestrated the German attack.
