In 1979 The rap group “The sugarhill gang” released “Rappers delight” Which made the top ten rankings of songs worldwide. Hip hop Spread to the rest of the country and to the rest of the world. Rappers and DJ’s were signing with record labels. A lot of the hip hop music began to be not just Hip Hop but something that people all over the world can Appreciate.
