She captivated me the moment I first laid eyes upon her. But for the long distance between Houston and Nashville, as well as for the financial hardship, especially the average monthly $500.00 telephone bill from South Western Bell, proved too much for us two professional students, she in Pharmacy and I in Medical school. Our marriage slowly sank into darkness, because of the long distance; we never had a quarrel or anything like that, but agreed to an amicable dissolution of the marriage.
