Chairman of the Russian Constituent Assembly (5 January 1918 - 6 January 1918)Before the dissolution of the Constituent Assembly, Viktor Chernov was the chairman of the most important body in Russia, which was to determine the form of government in Russia. Due to the departure of the Bolsheviks, the Assembly lost its quorum and became ineligible to consider issues of the state structure of Russia. It was only after the dissolution of the Constituent Assembly that Soviet power was finally established in Russia.
До роспуска Учредительного собрания Виктор Чернов был председателем самого важного органа в России, который должен был определять форму правления в России.
Из-за ухода большевиков Собрание потерял кворум и стал не вправе рассматривать вопросы государственного устройства России. Только после роспуска Учредительного собрания в России окончательно установилась Советская власть.
