Description:
1. Most Vikings came from Sweden, Denmark or Norway, but there are records of Estonian, Finnish and Saami Vikings too.
2. Ragnar Lothbrok was a legendary Viking King in the 9th Century. He was known for his exploration, raids, and his death in a snake pit. He had 3 sons, called Halfdan, Hubba and Ivar the Boneless, who led the Invasion of England.
3. The age of the Vikings ended when it was no longer profitable to raid and nobody wanted to. The last major Viking raid resulted in there king Haraldr harðráði’s death.
