2. This revolution was a rebellion of colonists from the United States and Tejanos in putting up armed resistance to the centralist government of Mexico.3. The Texas Revolution would eventually lead to Texas getting annexed by the U.S. Texas also adds to the land in the South which would potentially turn into a slave state.
