[43] Reign of Kaeserëlar IV K. (aug 1, 1177 – 16h 13min, jun 23, 1201 y)
Description:
He held the rightful power of the Oipientian Throne. He was also the heir apparent under his father's rule.
His nickname given to him by his people was the Great Serpent. He embodied the Warrior Spirit of the legendary Oipientian creature as proscribed by the High Priests of Oipenta. Kaeserëlar was considerably skilled in using spears and wielded the Karmen Dynastical spear, Škatarvíth (Serpentfang). Halder had stolen the dynastic sword, but both were given to Jëtolar after the conclusion to the Blood Iron War. Wielding both, alongside the dynastic shield, Škagèmpít (Lizardscale), solidified his title as King of Oipientia.
In his final battle against his brother Halder Karmen, he envoked the sacred ethos of Oipientian culture, known as the Sacred Art Warrior-Spirit of the Great Serpent. However, he was killed alongside his brother after both performed a lethal blow at the same time.
