Description:
The occupation started in Manchuria which they turned into a pawn to help their invasion and occupation. They took over Beiping (Beijing) in 1937 and then moved on to Nanjing. The occupation of Nanjing lead to the Nanjing massacre in which 40,000-300,000 Chinese people were killed.Added to timeline:
