China’s Cultural Revolution (jan 1, 1966 – jan 1, 1976)
Description:
Chairman of the Communist Party of China, Mao Zedong, proposed to eradicate all remnants of any form of capitalism and traditional elements from Chinese society. All for the sake of Chinese Communism, he proclaimed. Mao Zedong enforced the Chinese into Maoism.
