Republic of China moves to Taiwan (oct 1, 1949 – dec 1, 1949)
Description:
When the communist leader Mao Zedong, kept trying to "rule" over everyone in China, Chinese Nationalist leaders left and fled for the island of Taiwan, where they were able to be and live how they wanted. The Nationalist leader was Chiang Kai-shek.
