Description:

The Cultural Revolution was Mao's Call for all Chinese citizens to become purely Chinese communistic, and throw out all old ideals that would hold them back. This was in the form of remolding their societal beliefs, causing hate for all bourgeoisie(middle class) and trying to create equality for all. This complete devotion to their beloved chairman Mao allowed him to take complete control over China, and rule with absolute power through the Communist Party.
