Japanese invasion and occupation of China (sep 18, 1931 – sep 9, 1945)
Description:
For the people of China, the invasion of the Japanese was the beginning of WW2. The Japanese soldiers flooded over mainland China, interrupting the war between the Kuomintang and the CCP. As soldiers who had lost their humanity they murdered thousands of civilians in brutal and vicious ways. At the end of WW2 they were driven back out of China, in September of 1945.
