The London Naval Conference (jan 21, 1930 – apr 22, 1930)

Description:

This was three months of meetings to review the Washington Conference. In the end, there was an agreement secured on regulating submarine warfare and the US, UK and Japan signed a treaty limiting battleships to manage in ratios 10:10:7. This limited the number of battleships Japan could have which would limit Japanese expansion. Japan would later withdraw from the following conference in 1935, and essentially withdraw from the agreements.
