Wilson Presidency (mar 4, 1913 – mar 4, 1921)

Description:

Wilson was the president during World War I and helped the US get through that and helped lead us into war. He set up things like the food administration trying to help produce and conserve food. He also brought up the average salaries of those who were working because the cost of food and basic necessities was rising. He was especially prevalent after the war, as he was given a lot of power in the economy of our nation after the war. He is also famous for his 14 point plan after the war that was trying to establish peace and prevent another war like this, but it was only partially adopted. One of the plan’s most long lasting and big impacts was the establishment of the league of nations.
