This man is a beast. Literally, he was known as the Yellow Devil. He's powerful, very analytical/logical, ambidextrous, and decisive. He is a legendary Commander. Here's why.
He can blitz just about anyone using his Light Speed technique. This technique was crafted by him and is his staple technique. This technique involves Iriko infusing the res inside of his body with his EP to give him blinding speed. Once his res is infused with his lightning EP properties, he uses a RP to focus it intensely on his entire body. He is always infusing his res with lightning, although he isn't always focusing his res (using an RP.) This technique has the benefit of buffing his speed tenfold, as well as giving him an electric charge so high, others are paralyzed if they touch him. This technique is exhausting, though, and is painful (although his constant use of the technique has forced his body to adapt to it more.)
His res capacity is high. He practices both meditation and medistrain — meditation off the battlefield and medistrain on.
He wields two greatswords equally. He combines the sword techniques of Fragor and Lepidus to create a lethal duo. This, along with the armor on his shoulders/arms and cloak, make him a recognizable and fearsome opponent.
Perhaps most lethal of all is his SP, which allows him to control and direct thunder out of the sky. As long as his elementally-enhanced res is on his opponent, he can hit them with a thunderbolt. These thunderbolts are unavoidable.
A paralyzing touch, fearsome blade-work, insane speed, fatal thunderbolts, and tactical prowess make this man a both a legend and a force to be reckoned with.
